Air Pollution Testing, Inc. is committed to providing the best possible service our clients; we have developed an online reporting system for periodic monitoring reports via the internet.
Advantages: Ø Reports are just a few clicks of the mouse away and available all the time. Ø Speed; reports can typically be available in 5 days or less. Ø Testing Status; Users will be able track engine scheduling and report completion information online. Ø Permit Access; if clients have permits in electronic format APT can house the reports online so users can view permits via the web. Ø Security; each user will receive a unique user name and password. Clients decide who gets access to the reports. Ø Online directory organization is up to the client. Directories that house testing information can be organized in what ever format the client needs and wants. Ø Files are of PDF type; all users can view the data but not change data. Ø Reports are generated as the tests are being done. After a quick review for data entry errors, reports can be quickly loaded to the web. Ø Test reports are only 8 pages long. Ø Users are emailed when reports are posted to the web so they get the information as quickly as possible (see following pages for example). Ø Computer requirements are minimal, all one needs is Internet access and a free downloaded provided by Adobe Acrobat. |
